Q: Do you provide food?

A: We do not provide food for your event. We will coordinate details of your food service with your caterer if you already have one. If you do not yet have a caterer, we are happy to share our recommendations with you.

Q: Do you provide alcohol?

A: All alcohol is provided by the host. We will consult with you about how much to order and what types of drinks will work well at your event.

Q: Can I hire a Licensed Bartender from you?

A: Actually, there is is no such thing as a licensed bartender. Bartenders are either certified or insured. We are both.

Q: What is general liability insurance and do you have it?

A: This type of policy covers losses related to non-alcohol related activities including damage to personal property. We do carry a general liability policy.

Q: What is liquor liability insurance and do you have it?

A: This type of policy covers losses resulting from liquor related activities. We carry a liquor liability insurance policy.

Q: How long does the staff stay at the event?

A: Every event is different. We will work with you to determine your scheduling needs. We have a 4-hour minimum.

Q: What tasks can I expect of my servers?

A: General tasks performed by our servers include greeting guests, coat check, light food prep, buffet set up/breakdown, clean up throughout the event, passing hors d’oeuvres, trash removal, dishes and event clean up.

Q: What tasks can I expect of my bartenders? What do they bring?

A: Bartenders set up the bar, glassware, ice and beverages. They serve throughout the event, clean up the bar area, remove trash, dispose of ice, pack up or store any remaining beverages and disassemble the bar if desired. Bartenders arrive with the following equipment: ice bucket, ice scoop, large cooling bin, shaker, cutting board, knife, wine key/bottle opener  and pour spouts.

Q: What does the waitstaff wear?

A: Bartenders and servers arrive in formal hospitality attire or, for more casual events, khakis and Top Notch polo’s.
